LEAGUE INFORMATION
Game Day: Saturdays (Sundays for Possible Weather Make-Up)
Start Date: April 1st, 2023
End Date: May 6th, 2023
Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games, 7th week is playoffs (all teams make playoffs (1-3 games)) 
Practice: 1 weekday practice

Neighborhood Sports NFL Flag Championships 

Football Age Brackets (based on player age as of January 1st, 2023).
NFL Flag Football Co-ed Grade Divisions: 3-4 yr olds (Instructional), 5-6 yr olds, 7-8 yr old, 9-10 yr olds, 11-12 yr olds, 13-14 yr olds , 15-17 yr olds
Girls Only NFL Flag Football Divisions: 7-8 yr olds, 9-10 yr olds, 11-12 yr olds, 13-14 yr olds

3-4yr Olds Rookie Instructional: The new Rookie Instructional Full program includes 6 weeks of instruction (6x45 min sessions, Saturday mornings). Every player receives a league t-shirt, set of flags, certificate and medal at the end of the program. Our Rookie Instructional program is for 3&4 year olds. (There are no games for this age group just practice sessions, if you think your child is ready for games you can always sign them up for the regular 5/6 division)

Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a team
