Neighborhood Sports is the premier Jr.NBA Basketball League for boys and girls ages 5 -14 . Players of all skill levels, play in a quality league, where HAVING FUN while competing is the #1 GOAL.

LEAGUE INFORMATION

Game Day: Wednesday / Thursday Evenings

Game Start Time: 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00 pm

Start Date: July 10/11

End Date: Aug 13, 14, 15 (playoffs)

Weeks of Play: 6 (5 regular season games, 6th week is playoffs)

Practice: 1 weekday practice (facility not provided for practice... teams will practice outdoors)

Game Nights:

Based on past seasons and numbers more than likely game nights for age divisions will take place on the following days. This information is subject to change.

Grade Division - Game Nights

5/6 Yr Old - Wednesday

7/8 Yr Old - Wednesday

9/10 Yr Old - Thursday (possible Wednesday)

11/12 Yr Old - Wednesday / Thursday

13/14 Yr Old - Wednesday / Thursday

Registration Categories: Register your child for age division he/she was on Jan 1st, 2024. Your child can always play up in division but NEVER down

Basketball Division:

Coed: 5/6 yr, 7/8 yr, 9/10 yr, 11/12 yr, 13/14 yr

Girls: 7/8 yr, 9/10 yr, 11/12 yr

Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a team

Game Format 5/6 yr & 7/8 yr: Full court basketball with two 8 ft. baskets 5 v. 5 on court, two 20 minute halves, 10 players per team.

Game Format 9/10 yr & up: Full court basketball, 5 v. 5 on the court, two 20 minute halves, 10 players per team

Equipment Provided With Fee:

Official NBA Team Reversible Jersey

Registration Includes NBA Team Jersey, Regular Season Games, Playoff Tournament, Facility Rental, Game Officials, & Trophy

Program Fees: Regular Registration ends June 23rd, 2024 ($20 late fee after June 23rd… if space available)

Volunteer Head Coach: $135

Regular Player: $155
