Neighborhood Sports Speed & Agility Training, led by Matison Bixby of Bixby Athletics. Improve your athletes speed biomechanics with acceleration & deceleration drills, change of direction (forwards & backwards), improve explosive power with plyometrics and improve footwork and balance. The Speed and Agility camp is for athletes of all sports.
