
After a successful summer speed & agility camp we decided to bring it back this Fall. Neighborhood Sports Speed & Agility Training, led by Eke Performance. Improve your athletes speed biomechanics with acceleration & deceleration drills, change of direction (forwards & backwards), improve explosive power with plyometrics and improve footwork and balance. The Speed and Agility camp is for athletes of all sports. Whether your athlete is new to the game, or an experienced athlete looking to build on his or her skills, let us help you take your game to the NEXT LEVEL!

Coaches Profile:
Coach Henry Eke is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with over 13 years of field experience. From youth sports to collegiate and professional athletes, Henry has trained all levels of fitness. He also has eight years coaching football, basketball, track and field, and soccer at the secondary level in school districts such as Lake Travis ISD, and Round Rock ISD. Henry played Division 1 Football at the University of North Texas, and earned his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Henry has a strong passion for sports, and exercise science, and has valuable knowledge and experience in the domain of strength
and conditioning. Currently, Henry is located at Hit Athletic, where he leads group fitness classes for youth athletes and adults.
