LEAGUE INFORMATION
- Gamedays: Sundays
- Season Dates:
- Start Date (First Game): March 30, 2025
- End Date (Playoffs): May 18, 2025
- Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games + playoffs in Week 7)
- Practice: One weekday practice per week

NFL FLAG FOOTBALL AGE DIVISIONS
(Age cut-off date: August 1, 2024)
Register based on your child’s age as of August 1, 2024:
- 5/6
- 7/8
- 9/10
- 11/12
- 13/14
- 15/17
Players can register individually, with friends, or as a team.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED WITH FEE
- Official NFL Flag Team Reversible Jersey
- Neighborhood Sports/NFL Flag Shorts
- Flag Belts
- League-approved football (provided to coaches)
