Welcome to the SHIFT Summer League, an exciting opportunity for middle school athletes to showcase their skills, compete at a high level, and enjoy a fast-paced summer of football. The league kicks off June 13, 2026, at the Forester Athletic Complex in Dallas, TX, bringing together talented athletes for a competitive and fun summer season.

Season Overview

• Game Schedule: Each team will play two games every Saturday, maximizing playing time and competition.

• Game Format: Each matchup consists of two 12-minute halves with a 3–5 minute halftime break for teams to regroup and strategize.

• Forfeit Rule: A 10-minute grace period will be allowed before a forfeit is declared.

• Season Length: The regular season includes 8 total games, with a bye week on July 4th.

Playoffs

• Playoff Date: July 18, 2026

• Format: A single-elimination tournament will determine the league champion.

• Qualification: The top half of the teams in the standings will advance to the playoffs.

• Top Seed Advantage: The top two teams will receive a first-round bye.

Awards & Recognition

• Championship Prize: The league champion will receive championship rings or a team trophy.

• Top Team Reward: The top team will have their NFL Dallas Regional entry fee fully covered.

• Top Team Reward: The top team will receive 25 Tickets to a Dallas Cowboys Preseason Game

• League MVP: One standout athlete will be recognized as the SHIFT Summer League MVP.

Registration Details

• Registration Fee: $99 per player

• Uniform: Includes a reversible NFL-style jersey

• Location: All games will be played at the Forester Athletic Complex

• Game Start Time: The first games of the day will kick off at 9:00 AM sharp
